Unclassed Choropleth Map

Unclassed choropleth maps are thematic maps that use shades of color that are proportional to the data. This map is of the 2004 presidential election and contrasts democrats(blue) from republicans(red). Most states are not entirely republican or democratic and so the combined colors create a purple hue. This map shows how evenly our country voted politically.
