A DRG or digital raster graphic is a digital image resulting from a scanned a paper topographic map to be used on a computer. The above image is a DRG taken of Texas. This is useful because it can be combined with other digital products such as DEMs and DOQQs to provide additional visual information on top of the base topographic map.
