Index Value Plot

An index value plot is a visual tool in which all gathered data is compared to directly to an index point. Such plots are often used to make an informed decision on future investments and it heavily used in the stock market. This index value plot compares data over ten years to a medium between extreme wet and dry years in North Carolina.
